With a holiday playlist going, we quickly warmed up since it was quite chilly! In cadence Jumping Jacks, Toy Soldiers, and Weed Pickers got the blood flowing. We then moved on to Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Classic Supersets which we did for 40 seconds with 5 seconds between each exercise. Two reps per set before moving on to the next.
We did the Bodyweight and Dumbbell versions of the Supersets, plus a bonus 12 Days of Christmas list! However, we only made it through 5 days before running out of time. Everyone was able to take home their list so that they could keep going at home… Wonder how many pax took me up on that offer?!
