BackBlast:

I can’t do a lot of leg exercises right now because of an injury, so I focused this workout on arms and abs with a few lower body or total body exercises thrown in. I suggested everyone bring lighter weights but because we only did each exercise for 30 seconds at a time, it turned out that heavy weights was probably okay.

The Thang:

We did 4 sets of exercises – 30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest

Each set had one lower body or total body move (like a squat or deadlift of kettle bell swing) and then about 6 or 8 exercises – alternating arms and abs. Nothing unusual or super hard.

I’ll list the actual exercises in my next backblast because, guess what, Rosewater! This workout is coming your way this Wednesday!
