  • 20 Squats/low plank

maintaining partners, we moved to the field and…

partner 1: Cusack hold with 20lb weight

partner 2: with a cinder block

  • 2 Cinder-bell swings
  • 2 Goblet squats
  • 2 Bent over rows

switch, then run together the length of the field.

repeat except 4 reps, then 6, 8, 10, and then descending.
