It was a big morning for our FiA national Never Miss A Monday workout! So much fun to have such a big group. We took up the green and were a mighty force moving around Halcyon!
We hit different areas of the complex with different exercises at each location. We visited the parking lot, stairway to heaven (didn’t think about that we might have too many pax for everyone to go up and down – wow!), curbs, dining area chairs, our favorite steps, and of course the green. There was a little mumble chatter going on, but we still need to work on that… 😉 Everybody jumped in and worked hard!
