It’s still warm and muggy in Georgia, but the faithful Jimmy Dean crew met me for this Wednesday work out! A little more counting of reps than we normally like, but they stuck with me to the end!

Warm-up:

· Walk/run in place

· Butt kicks

· Hula hoop hip circles

· Knee circles

· Front kicks with reach

· Half jax

· Scissor jax

· Pot stirrers

Round One: 3x

· Calf raises: 20 reps

· Weighted glute bridge: 20 reps

· Sumo squats with side kicks: 10 reps per side

· Walking lunge: 10 reps, each leg

· Balance deadlift: 10 reps, each leg

Round Two: 2x

· High plank with shoulder taps: 20 reps

· Bicep curls: 20 reps

· Dumbbell bench press with chest fly: 20 reps

· Single-arm row: 20 reps, each arm

· Push-ups: 10 reps

· Triceps extensions: 10 reps

Round Three: 1x

We split into groups for this one – A did counting reps first while B did moves until reps were through; then we switched!

A: Weighted squat press: 20

B: Plank jacks

A: Low side lunge: 10 per side

B: Mountain climbers

A: Inverted Rows using bar or handles: 20

B: High knees

Stretch:

· Hamstring half bend

· Quad stretch

· Chest opener with forward bend

· IT band stretch

· Seated forward bend

· Seated twist

· Low back release (hug knees)

· Child’s pose

· Shoulder stretch

· Tricep stretch

· Standing side bend
