Warmup: jog to end of parking lot and back, arm circles, michael Phelps, weed pickers, stretch

6 minutes and 3 exercises per round. Do amrap or when you are ready to move on go to next exercise. Repeat set until time is called. Between rounds jog/run/sprint/walk around field (one each side).
