So I turned 38 and was born in 1983 so we worked from “38” to “83”
5 sets of two exercises going from 3+8 reps, then 4+7 reps all the way up to to 8+3 reps. Each set ended with a cardio/ active rest of 38 seconds. Then catch breath/ get water and on to the next set! All songs from the Billboard Top 100 in 1983 🙂
DB Thrusters / Hammer Curls Skaters
Alt Lateral Lunges (w or w/o weights) / Squats (w or w/o weights) High Knees
Glute Bridges (skull crusher option) / LBCs Plank jacks
Splits Squats (w or w/o weights) / Imperial Walker Jumping jacks w/ pull down
Wood Choppers / Kneeling Half Windmill Mountain climbers
And we finished with Ab ABCs while listening to the Jackson 5!
