It was a Spring kinda morning today at 51º and we got our groove on to some 311 on 3/11. To match, we had three 11’s on the schedule for the beatdown…are you getting the idea of our theme for today?! We set up in the parking lot, mats & weights and dove in. Not a lot of talking (we had to count) – sorry Titanium! 🙂 THE THANG: The weighted arm extension in/outs reminded Sonic Boom of ab rollers and it seemed like she did those before, because she was just poised and positioned as a professional through those. I, on the other hand, #notaprofessional #enteratyourownrisk lol While my wrists were hurting and I modified down to my knees, Titanium absolutely powered through all the renegade row/mt climbers with a strong form….IMPRESSIVE!
