We warmed up with arm circles, arm claps, high knees, and butt kickers, then we headed off to the main event at the stairway to heaven or today, “the chimney”. Which we climbed at least 12 times, while listening to a range of never before heard of Santa themed songs. After each set up stairs we did 26 count or reps for a variety of excersises; alternate arm planks, lunges, jump squats, Jane Fondas, chair sits, balls to the walls, donkey kicks, etc. We stayed warm, got a good beatdown, and laughed as well.
My cot was about the joy of giving and the opportunity this season gives us to refocus on what we can give to others.
