2023/countdown Pick-a-Stick workout
Warm Up- 23 Reps of each:
Then Jog a lap
Pax circled up. A cup containing popsicle sticks w an assortment of workouts was in the center of the circle. After returning from jog each pax grabbed 3-4 popsicle sticks and headed to their mats. Went around the circle each pax calling out a workout from their stick.
First two rounds there was a countdown of reps ( first exercise stick was 10 reps, 2nd exercise stick was 9 reps, then 8, then 7, 6, 5, 4,3,2,1). Jogged a lap between rounds.
Last round we went around the circle each pax choosing from their existing sticks or pulling a new one and did 23 reps of each exercise.
Ended w/ a 2 minute plank

Squats w a pulse
Big Girl Sit-ups
Front Arm Raises
Lateral arm raises
