Time to get our Tabata on for 2020! Flip Flops and I jumped right in with a warm up an then a 30/10 tabata – 30 second exercise with 10 second rest/change to next exercise. In between the sets of 5 exercises, we plugged in an extra cardio. Flip Flops is game for anything – so fun to work out with her! We had time to do some rinse and repeat before time was up.
